Safeguards sought on water

Waipā residents’ water services came under scrutiny last week ahead of their transfer to Waikato Waters, at a Waipa District Council meeting last week.

Away from the meeting, the organisation representing the Hauraki, Matamata Piako, Ōtorohanga, South Waikato, Taupō, Waipā and Waitomo districts, has set up its head office – in Hamilton.
